Returns

In the highly unlikely situation, you changed your mind, don’t worry! We at Kleventi will happily accept Returns within 2 weeks of receiving the order. A revocation form must be filled and emailed to us before shipping the product back for a convenient process.

In case you want to Exchange your product with a higher price, the difference must be paid before we can ship the replacement to you; providing that the product is

— Unworn and returned in the Original condition
— Have all tags and plastic stickers attached
— Include the Original packaging, without any alterations, in the same condition as you’ve received it

It is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item/s.

When will my returned order be refunded?

When we receive the returned order, you will receive an email confirming receipt from our warehouse, at which moment we start the refund process. This takes on average 7 - 14 business days. When possible, we will transfer the money back to the same account which was used for the payment.
