Kleventi has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorised dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you consider your item to be faulty, please complete the form below. How can I claim my Warranty?
If you consider your Kleventi watch to be faulty and does not fall under any of the conditions above, simply fill the revocation form below and email us at email@example.com, and our team will be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim.
While returning the product we advice using a reputable postage service with tracking as Kleventi is not liable for any lost returned products.
As soon as we receive the watch, it will be carefully inspected by our specialised team and they will keep you informed per email to let you know whether or not the defect or damage is covered by the warranty. If so, the defect part will be either repaired or replaced and the return costs will be refunded to you.
