We understand that you might have a change of heart, unfortunately, you cannot cancel the order after it has been placed due to technical reasons, however, you can follow the 'Returns' procedure to exchange or to get a refund

You will be eligible for a refund if you meet the criteria under 'Returns & Exchanges'. The refund will be processed within 7-14 working days. However, you will need to keep in mind that bank charges will be applied for the refund.

Yes you can, we accept exchanges within 2 weeks of the purchase date. However, we can only process the exchange if the product is:
— Unworn and returned in the Original condition
— Have all tags and plastic stickers attached
— Include the Original packaging, without any alterations, in the same condition as you’ve received it
Additional difference needs to be paid if the item you are exchanging is of higher value. 
If the item your are exchanging is of lower value, we will refund you back the difference

Unfortunately, we do not provide exchange services yet, you can get your order refunded and then make a new purchase

We have a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects up to 24 month. You can claim your warranty only if the product is:
— Unworn and returned in the Original condition
— Have all tags and plastic stickers attached
— Include the Original packaging, without any alterations, in the same condition as you’ve received it



We at Kleventi aim to dispatch as soon as we receive your order.

- Male’ & Hulhumale’ — Same day delivery if the order is placed before 17:00 MVT
.
- Boat — A 2 hour prior notice is mandatory. Orders received after 17:00 MVT will be dispatched the next day.

- Cargo — 2-3 Business days.

If you’re a local customer and you've purchased a Classic petite watch, please ask one of our customer care assistants to help your with adjusting the watch.
If you’ve purchased a watch with a link strap, please visit our Authorised service center ‘Time Tech’ in Majeedhee magu, near Gadi Buru or contact 9788884. You will need to carry your bill of receipt for a FREE adjustment.



With any fashion jewelry pieces, the plating will likely tarnish over time with normal wear and tear. However, there are ways to slow down this process by avoiding the following - 
-Bathing
-Working out
-Swimming in the pool or ocean
-Putting on lotion, hairspray, perfume, or any other beauty products
-Cleaning excessive sweat after use

3 ATM - This means that your watch will withstand light water splashes, anything more will cause water to seep inside.
5 ATM - This means that your watch will withstand light water splash, washing of hands and light rain. 
Both of these water resistance levels do now allow swimming or bathing.
