We understand that you might have a change of heart, unfortunately, you cannot cancel the order after it has been placed due to technical reasons, however, you can follow the 'Returns' procedure to exchange or to get a refund
You will be eligible for a refund if you meet the criteria under 'Returns & Exchanges'. The refund will be processed within 7-14 working days. However, you will need to keep in mind that bank charges will be applied for the refund.
Yes you can, we accept exchanges within 2 weeks of the purchase date. However, we can only process the exchange if the product is: — Unworn and returned in the Original condition — Have all tags and plastic stickers attached — Include the Original packaging, without any alterations, in the same condition as you’ve received it Additional difference needs to be paid if the item you are exchanging is of higher value. If the item your are exchanging is of lower value, we will refund you back the difference
