If you consider your Kleventi watch to be faulty and does not fall under any of the conditions above, simply fill the revocation form below and email us at returns@kleventi.com, and our team will be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim.
While returning the product we advice using a reputable postage service with tracking as Kleventi is not liable for any lost returned products.
As soon as we receive the watch, it will be carefully inspected by our specialised team and they will keep you informed per email to let you know whether or not the defect or damage is covered by the warranty. If so, the defect part will be either repaired or replaced and the return costs will be refunded to you.
